Opening Times

Day Care

please see our transport option under the ‘Day Care Extras’ page if you are unable to drop/collect your Fancy Hound within these times. 

Monday-Friday: 8am-6pm

Saturday: 9am -5pm 

Sundays and Bank Holidays: Closed

 

Transport

If your Fancy Hound is confirmed to use our transport option they will be collected from their owner's home between 7.30am-9am.

Your dog will be returned home between 5pm-6.30pm.

 

Please Note: Our transport routes are planned in advance to ensure all dogs spend as little time in the vehicle as possible.  The times listed above are to cover multiple trips if necessary on the day, not your dog’s travel time.

Please allow for flexibility in the times listed should any unforeseen issues take place e.g. unusually heavy traffic.  

 

Grooming

Our members have priority booking for Grooming appointments, these will likely take place during their time at day care although the owner is welcome to book them in on a non-day care day should they require and there is availability.

For non-members, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will let you know our availability.
